Originally,Hikaru and Takara are the couple but Ami(childhood friend and partner in tae kwon do of Takara) loved Takara and forced him to stay by her side due to guilt(an accident for saving takara). Takara made love to Hikaru before breaking up. Arata was the one who supported Hikaru during the darkness in her life(since Takara is her first love). When Takara can finally return to Hikaru,it's too late cause the one she already love is Arata (but she still likes Takara-kun).
